******* deducting wrong amounts and when they please

Debiting my account more than the pre paid amount I signed for

Closed my ***** case without even contacting me.

Since Linda in clearwater mall has dealt with my account I all of a sudden have addional charges every month prior never had a problem hence they logged a ***** case but Noone bothered to contact me and now it's successfully closed sounds like an inside job of ******ion been battling since 11/07/204 6months already.
