DEDUCTING MY MONEY WITHOUT MY CONCERN

I had a contract with Telkom Mobile and I have cancelled it in February 2021 via correct channel as I have phoned them that I am cancelling my contract as it has come to an end hence I don't want to upgrade it. To my surprise the following month that is March they deducted R57.00 from my bank account and I phone them wanting to know the reason for doing so and in reply they said, it is a month to month contract, and I said to I never said I need month to month contract and they promised me to cancel it on the 18th of March. To my surprise again they deducted that money again without my concern. It tells me that Telkom mobile is not a trustworthy company. My heart is broken into pieces. Such a big compony rob mere people their money. I will find it difficult to renew my other contract I have with them and I will never ever encourage or advise anyone to open up contract with Telkom mobile
