deducting money from my bank account
<p>Please csn you tell me why de hell are you taking money off my bank account. My contract was cancelled in November 2016. For a few months there was no deduction, from Feb this year up to now, every single month there is a deduction from my bank account. Please wake up and stop this ****. I DONT HAVE A CONTRACT WITH YOU ANYMORE!!! THIS WAS CANCELLED AT THE USELESS GREENSTONE MALL BRANCH IN NOVEMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

Again i got a sms from you guys saying that there will be an amount of R4796.88 thats going to be deducted from my bank account tonight.
PLease stop this as im not going to tollorate this any longer. I DONT HAVE A CONTRACT ANYMORE.

Can i please have feedback about this? Its now 1 week ago and i still dont have an answer. Yesterday i got an email from telkom stating that i owe you money. I do not owe you anything as i did cancel my contract in november 2016 due to poor service and poor signal.
I will not pay anything as i went to greenstone mall telkom and the lady behind the counter gave me a form to sign and then she faxed the paper throught to headoffice. The same night my internet was disable and no internet was available although she said that it will only be cancelled as from the end of nov.
I need closure today!!!!!!
