deducting money for services not rendered

Contract renewd in desember 2015. From then agents kept changing contract to fix it. Till now it is stillnot working yet twomonth in a row more than 2000 rand are billed for migration penalties. Numerous calls was logges even by telkom sales agent yet no joy. No service but quick to take your money. No oje seems to care at telkom and this after being a dedicTed paying client for more than 2 years. These are phones i got for my kods to get in cobtact with them
