DEDUCTING MONEY BUT STILL SUSPENDING SERVICES

I made a payment of R2612 on 4 November. I called the call centre and asked where can I send the proof of payment to and I was told as long as I use the reference number they provided the money will be allocated immediately. Then on 14 November and amount of R5187.20 (This excludes the R2612 I already paid) was debited from my bank account by Telkom. After paying R7800 my services was suspended on 18 November due to \NO PAYMENT". I have called the Telkom call centre numerous times speaking to Tobile Msimango but she never came back to me after sending her my proof of payment. I called again after no response spoke to a different agent and was told the same thing - I must send the proof of payment. On 19/11 I called again nothing was logged on my account and payments was still not reflecting I then spoke to teamleader Zanele Gule that just told me there is nothing she can do as payment is done by the back office. SO BASICALLY TELKOM CAN TAKE AS MUCH MONEY FROM ME AS THEY WANT AND THEN DISCONNECT MY SERVICE AS THEY LIKE. I HAVE PAID THEM AN AMOUNT OF R7800 IN 2 WEEKS AND THEY DON'T FEEL THE NEED TO RECONNECT MY SERVICE!!!"""
