Deducting from my account without my permission

I've been waiting an entire month for telkom to pay back a R180.00 which they deducted from my account without my permission. I was still in the registration process with a agent on the line and after she explained the package I said no I do not want the package and we ended the call but a R180 was still deducted from my account.
