Deducted money but still saying i didn't pay

Manually paid my account on the 21th of February, then on the 25th they deducted the remaining overdue amount. But on the 2rd of March I'm getting calls that i owe them the same amount they deducted from my account and they saying it doesn't reflect on their side but they still went on and suspended my account. When i login to my profile it shows i owe more money than what i actually do, I don't know if it's a system error or not but we can't continue like this because every month my account is always showing i owe more money than i do
