Deducted money and never got the airtime.

I made a recharge purchase and money was deducted. However, the airtime was no never loaded query with the bank and even had a look at my bank statement money was deducted. I contacted Telkom last week and was told to send proof of purchase and will be contacted in 72 hours still no contact. This was not the first time. I’m living buy buying small recharge vouchers now because when I made purchase it wasn’t loaded but made another one for R12 and it was loaded. I won’t even mention how terrible the connection has been lately.
