Deduct insurance that was cancelled in June already

Cancelled my insurance with them in June .didn't check my bill after that again .. Nov bill came and insurance is still on there .. they customer service advice they will refer my cast to the billing department will take 72hours....phoned again will come back to me when !!!!!! They service suck big time they don't care about they client's....Will never ever take another product with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
