Dedicated Technician

Recently Mweb offered me to upgrade to Fibre Internet. I accepted their offer and they proceeded with the order. Telkom sent one of their technicians to my residence, his name is China. Since I live in a complex, there were numerous challenges. Although, I still have not yet got Fibre installed as there is one more complication to attend to, I feel that I need to commend China for his dedication and persistence. Not only is he extremely friendly and helpful and courteous. I feel that people are quick to complain and judge Telkom, but I think Telkom should be proud of this employee. Well done!
