Declining of phone contract

Both my parents have tried to open a new cellphone contract with Telkom in the last month and all attempts left us with a declined phone contract. Not only did they decline the phone contract, but they did so without notice or reason.

Telkoms website is also not very user friendly when creating a new account, and their customer care is almost impossible to get a hold of. Telkom also failed to contact us with any information about the contract my parents tried to create because my parents had to phone multiple times to check in with the contract.

Poor service does not make up for good data deals
