Declined over bank account

I app**** for a lte wifi, everything was approved and the very next day I received a call to say that I could not get the wifi as I've only had my bank account for 2 months even though this would be the 3rd time I received my salary in the bank account! The guy that was helping was also confused as to why I was declined because of something so stupid! He said he would phone back and that was on friday I till now have no recieved anything! This is very bad service
