Declined installation

On the 3rd of May i app**** for vdsl everything was done via phone. i was told in 5 to 7 working days the installation will be done. i called yesterday the 17th to be told by a rude consultant Christina that it takes 7 to 10 working days. today is the 18th and i counted its 11 working days since my application i even asked someone else to count for me just incase I'm wrong they came up with the same number. so today i called again just to find out my installation was cancelled by the technicians because they could not pick up my street name and number so how on this green damn planet is that possible. firstly before i even app**** for any package i asked them to check if i have coverage and it was confirmed so how could the technicians not pick up anything and this was declined on the 11th of May. so then no one takes the time to call me sms me or email me they just make me wait. This is not acceptable so now i have to go into a telkom store which i was avoiding in the first places and who says i will be leaving there a happy customer. Telkom over promises and under delivers they not good for **** dont know why people even bother applying if your things gets declined with no communication to y ou.
