Declined

I app**** for a contract with Telkom online then i get called which the call lasted almost an hour. apparently i passed the credit vetting and an application was done only to get an sms to say my application has been declined? I have a pack age with Telkom which i pay monthly no problems but im declined for a contact? then waste my hour on a call? Whats this thing about failing credit vetting clients can pay a deposit of R750 to continue with the service?
