Declined during to credit vetting

I app**** for a Huawei p30 lite and i just got an sms saying , Order has been declined during credit venting and when i contacted the customer service i was told that information provided during the application is not the same as one on bureau , i recently closed a few of my accounts and during application i told the agent assisting the dates the accounts were closed , im sure the agent didnt take note because i work in a bank and i for one have access to clearscore and transunion , i would know what is on my bureau , if the agent listened he would have noticed some credit would show since they need to have up to 60 - 90 days to update my bureau details hence i ensured that i informed the agent non of the credits on my account exist anymore since they were paid off on the 06 of April but mentioned what could appear under me , this is a total waste of time , my credit rating is 616 out of 705 which is very good and once the other details have been cleared off it will go up to its original , i just dont understand how can you say i gave you incorrect information when i am currently sitting at my computer desk looking at my bureau details now , you wasted two days of my time and i really needed a phone , what do i need to do to get good service
