Declined due to low credit score

Hi, I app**** for the futurehood deal in my area. I was declined because of an apparent low credit score. My credit score with transunion is 979 which is excellent. I also bought a R300 000 vehicle last year without any credit score problems.<br> <br> I am currently paying R615 for my adsl line, which is never working. If I could get the furutehood connection I would cancel my adsl line which is R15 more.<br> <br> So how do you get to declining me?????
