Declined due to credit vetting

I have attempted to take out a second contract with telkom after taking out one for my wife 3weeks ago. Cleared no problem and suddenly upon with the second one, I have been told declined due to credit vetting. However every time you ask Telkom for what reason it is declining they can't give any answers. There is no reason at all for me to have a bad credit record. In fact I have en excellent credit record. I have never been declined anywhere before, have more then enough disposable income to pay for it, but Telkom seems fit to decline it, without a reason why. Absolutely Pathetic Telkom.
