Declined conract

On 06.06.2015,Telkom agent told me in a call on my cell on 06.06.2015 after my onlne application I qualified for the R239 per month contract and handset delivery would take place in 5-7 days and then called me again 09.06.2015 to say contract is not being offered on account of lack of affordability. I earn R9584 after deductions, work in my husband's orthopaedic practice for 21 years and own property and have under R1000 expenses a month.I also completed a long online application as well.Unacceptable!!!!
