DECLINED APPLICATION
I app**** for a data package and received a message to say that the application has been declined due to the fact that I have a outstanding amount with a Telkom fixed line that I cancelled and closed 15 years ago. This was never cancelled with Telkom. This is pathetic that I'm being held liable for this outstanding amount. The account number in the email received is: Account number:*** . I need an explanation as to why now??? Why wasn't I contacted about this YEARS ago. This is ridiculous to say the least!!!
