Declined

I recently app**** for a contract with Telkom. Everything with the application went smoothly. The lady asked me some personal questions regarding my expenses and income and told me I qualified for the package I wanted which is a P40 Lite. I just received an sms now telling me that I have been declined during credit vetting...Like how did we come to that conclusion? as by my side I was awaiting for delivery and I have prepared needy documents as I was told by that Lady?... am so disappointed shame!
