Deceiving Contract Package
Pathetic backup service. Unreliable service, deceiving advertising, unknowledgeable francise staff at Vangate Mall in Bridgetown 7764. No one is really interested in getting you helped and satisfied. My contract is not even 7 days old and the problem has started. I'm on a 20gb package but am only allowed 25 voice minutes. Yet Telkom is advertising 1500 minutes to any network within the RSA. How do I get someone from Telkom to correct this. I'm taking this fight to you at Telkom Vangate Mall.
