Deceiving advertising

In the beginning of August Telkom stores opened in Kyalami Corner Mall and I figured I should checkout their deals. I got interested in their Lenovo deal which was a Laptop and and a router which came with 2gig day time data and 2 gig night time data for R499. I did my application and was told they don't have laptops in stock, so I had to wait. Two weeks went by and I went to them for feedback, still they had no stock. End of August they offered me a new deal because Lenovo was no where to be found. The deal I was offered was an HP 3icore laptop, a 1 Terra bite external hard drive and a router which came with 2gig day time and 2gig night time for R349. I accepted the offer but they didn't have the external drive. Friday the 1 September I was informed that the external drive was ordered and it should arrive between the 4th and the 8th September 2017. I went to check if it had arrived on Friday the 8th, the Gugu said it should arrive on that Friday during the day but she will come to me when it arrived. I heard nothing from them until today 12th September when they tell me the deal does not include the 1 terabyte external drive but it is there in the deal on the catalogue. I waited for more than a month for something they are telling me is impossible. I was deceived and made a fool for a deal which was never gonna be given to me. How do you advertise something you don't have? I dealt with Vinolia and Gugu and I am completely upset for making me wait for nothing. To think that I port my Vodacom prepaid to Telkom is just sad
