********* Thievekom Mobile - Don't Renew Contract Online

Telkom has debited my account numerous times in the month, I have incurred bank charges and told that my money would only be returned to me after 3 months, charged by their sales dpt and telkom for the same thing, then debited again in the middle of the month without my authorisation, then again at the end of this month. *****ing money and offering no explanation as to why it's being done. Agents not giving reference for calls, and no apology for their mistake even though I've been with them for 4 years already. Want to close and end relationship with these deceptive *******.
