********* service from Telkom

Hi , I took out a contract with Telkom for a Sim deal in 2020. Contract was meant to finish in April this year to my surprise they still demanding money for the additional months . I settled the account last month and requested cancelation on the 27th. I was told the contract will be cancelled the end of the month. These people are still demanding an additional payment for the new month. Please escalate the request as I will not be paying a de to telkom.
