********* poor service

<p>I am a medical doctor and reported my phone line not working exactly 8 days ago. Despite many phone calls and promsies Telkom have failed to repair the problem which places patients at risk. the have been disingenuous and have deceived by telling me that the technician will be coming; the last being today</p> <p>the technician once again did not arrive. so once agin i have no line and the inability to be contacted in an emergency. This does not include the inability for my ADSL to work either. Telkom's service has been horrific and worst of all the deceit is unacceptabel. i am deeply concerned by their attitude and poor service</p>
