Deceit and terrible service

I took out a wifi rooter with Telkom in December the 40GB+40GB deal for R369.00. The rooter was delivered mid December and The only loaded half the package of which I was not even informed about, okay no problem. I received the statement for January 2018 after they had loaded the full package and its R784.20. I am not sure how it got there as I have been calling them the whole of December for bits and bits of information that was supposed to be provided when the rooter was delivered. I was promised an email with all the terms and conditions and contract which I have not received to date. After receiving the statement I called the call center again ( with my own airtime)to get a breakdown of the charges but the guy I spoke to said he will still need to check and I was put on hold for 20 minutes until I hung up. I am not paying that amount, the agreement was R369.00 per month for 24 months.
