DECEIT AND HARASSMENT
TELKOM STOLE FROM ME ! - With a WIFI contract coming to an end - my nightmare started. DAILY Harassment from Sales Calls (on one day up to three sales consultants!), no response from customer service on a dispute over a FIBER SALES agent that got us to switch over from wifi to fiber BUT **** on the sales call. Never received any written contract on THAT sale..trying to get through to somebody to assist ends in a battle with ROBOT VOICE OPTIONS...going into the Branch saw a sympathetic agent but with no power at all to solve anything. Telkom made me pay for services NOT USED. I am livid. I am frustrated. I feel powerless against a dysfunctional machine that just move forward and crush you. After almost 20 years with Telkom ..never missing payments - NOW ONE TIME I NEED THEM TO LISTEN - they feel nothing - they do NOTHING but to set their sales bloodhounds on me to harass me. Its sickening.

Which you don't even know if they will owe up to the issue and redirect my wifi payments to my fiber payments. I paid for the service I don't get...unreal. fiber line still going. Although I had three separate sms's telling me suspension looming. What teasers are they not., Haha. I hold my breath. Should I dear world?

28 Sept 2022, 17:01I stand in AWE today. Telkom refunded me . .. without me querying again. Without any follow-up from my side. I saw that they recently appointed a new CEO and dealing with their consultants and call-back function on the website, had been a totally professional and stress-free experience. This is not the same Telkom and whatever they have done to better their service must be acknowledged: If this is what a great manager/ leader can inspire it should be emulated on a National scale. Thank you Telkom, for giving me hope again. Somehow you heard me and you ACTIONED. I will take my business back to you at some stage....and I will recommend you again. This is a new Telkom!
