Debt that went off before time

Good day

I am so not pleased with this company so they decided to debt money from my account this morning without my consent. My debt goes off on the last day of the month. Worst part is they did not even bother to call me just to check when do I get paid this month, sad part is we only getting paid on the 20th. Last year December they called to confirm my salary date now they feel they have the right into my account.When I call them they telling me that the money havent reflected into their account as yet.

What kind of nonsense is that I am so livid
