DEBT REVIEW DEPARTMENT - CLOSED?

I have been trying to contact the Telkom Debt Review department since 11 February 2020. Nobody answers the calls and they do not have the courtesy of responding to emails. This is impacting negatively on my customer service. I need to speak to someone urgently, please.
