Debt reminders even though payments made

I just called through to NUDebt their debt collection agency. I first of all do not understand why I am getting debt reminders even though my account is paid up. The agent called Nomsa started speaking Venac and she didn’t have any customer service. She stated that there are no payments on her side. I even told her I have proof of the payments. She didn’t even ask for them and just told me to call Telkom I asked her for their direct number and she started telling me I am supposed to have the number. They are the worst. Telkom will definitely lose customer’s for working with such companies. Call was made at 15:13 today.

This was the worst experience ever as I had been calling prior to speaking to this lady and everytime I kept on being dropped.
