Debt-mate must be Telkom spelt differently.

Prior to a few minutes ago I had absolutely zero, actually negative 100 knowledge about this company. So without wasting any time, I decided to check them out and I am not surprised to find that "debt-mate" is evidently linked to Telkom. Go figure!

Anyway the point is this, the call from Nikita. Just Nikita. Seemed strange considering that, Nikita addressed me by my whole name and did not make her second name know. Or am I missing something? Since Nikita seemingly got my info from Telkom, I would like Nikita to know that I am not looking to "cut my debt by up to 50%" but rather I'd like Nikita/Debt-mate to contact Telkom and share/quote that as mentioned before and time again there after, I (the "valued customer") am waiting for a mere response to my emails regarding my information being captured incorrectly on the contract and how it wasn't changed as promised.
