Debt collectors brought in after I was never given a chance to settle the account. Now I do not have any means of paying them because the account does not reflect on my online profile.

I had an issue with them about them not cancelling my service when they were suppose to and billing me for 5 months even though I did not even live at the address.

Now they are suing me for the money after the bill just disappeared from my account. If they would have given me the option I would just have paid them because I do not want a court order to be behind my name.

SEND ME THE BILL. DO not go behind my back and have debt collectors call me.

I now do not have any way of settling this bill and it is just becoming even more of a nightmare than it was previously.

This has been a horrible experience and I will never use their internet service again.
