Debitted but did not load my data. Failed to get assistance.

1 month before my contract end date, telkom debitted but never loaded my 10gb data. I tried logging calls and even went to the store. They all claim that the data was load on the 1st of the month even though their usage sheet shown that I used less than 10mb for the month.

Im disappointed with Telkom and its agents.
