Debits for starter pack that was never received

I ordered a modem 2 to 3 years back , but never received the starter pack for it of which I assumed that I will only pay for the modem. My problem started when Telkom started charging me for a start pack/ data that I never received . I called Telkom with no assistance and I ended up reversing the debit orders at the bank. As of now Telkom deducted more than R3000 from my account at the same time they blacklisted me. I managed to reverse that amount but now I know longer know what to do.This is one of the message I received from them, “Your RoyalBenefits R99 debit will run 25 Feb 2020 sold by Dominant Domain *** ref Rbenefits***.Respond for help”
