Debits Disputes that are unexplainable

<p>Ive never experianced such bad service from a company for the past 3 months i have been debit rediculous amounts of money,when i call their call centre im told different stories put request for data to be capped but its never capped and i agreed to a contract of R99 but im being debited crazy amounts that vary from month to month and when i called in to ask about it the agent named Santine Cook started shouting at me on the phone of which is also unacceptable.</p>
