Debiting people who are not customers.
<p>I ordered a P9Lite at MobileTalk Telkom, they exceeded the delivery time and so I cancelled my order. The phone was delivery and was turned back immediately as I had cancelled the contract. On the 31 of January MobileTalk debited my account with R150 and rescuebox debitted R55. I have been requesting a refund for over 2 weeks now.</p>
