Debiting payments each month for a line we do not have!

<p>I am currently being charged each month for two lines which, one- I never received and the second- for one which I have tried to cancel since I moved business premises at the end of March. The line which was never received yet being paid for, has been charged since last year and its been an ongoing battle to try and cancel as well as get my money back which they have been *****ing monthly. I have been to the Bayside Mall in Table View branch numerous times and have proof of the emails dating back to when we requested for the line to be cancelled. As well as an email from their branch manager stating that the lines need to be cancelled as well as be reimbursed for all the payments they have debited for the line we never received and the one which we have tried to cancel since March. This is becoming a frustrating sitaution as nobody is able to help me and it has been an ongoing battle since last year. </p>
