******* debiting of account. Horrible service

Iam so done with Telkom I've had countless problems s with them and Mondo after returning the phone they sold me that I didn't want as it didn't have the specs as advised telephonically they delay collection, debited my account with R750 and now R1300 I will be seeking legal advice as this is rediculous.
