Debiting my account for years on cancelled service

I had a R49 p/m mobile data account with Telkom back in 2015. Its 2021 and you guys are STILL constantly taking money out of my account and now handed over my account to Nudebt. How many times and how many different ways would you like me to cancel before you actually do it? Telkom is like the communications mafia. You just do whatever you please.
