Debiting Late on purpse to acquire more money

In the month of September I was debited more money than I usually pay on a monthly basis accordingly to my monthly installments when I called the customer care line the consultant said to me I need to be responsible with money not knowing where does he get the nerve to tell me what to do, and how to use my money to top it off he couldn't resolve my enquiry and give me straight answers. this simply indicates that I mustn't keep this contract at all and its not the first time happening the first time around I let it to slide but not this time around.
