Debiting funds MONTHS after cancellation

Still debiting my account 3 months after cancellation which was completed and confirmed by Greenstone. I was walked through the process by your staff and was assured the process was done. Yet you're still debiting my account MONTHS after?!

I'll open a case at SAP if another debit is done.
