Debiting closed account

17 months after closing a bank account and calling Telkom to inform them of this to remove the banking details, they still trying to debit that account. Best part is they expect me to pay the debit return fee. I have been making EFT payments for the past 17 months, yet now there is a R200 penalty on my latest bill.

Telkom if you are AT ALL interested in any future business, I suggest you call me to explain how you will be removing this from my bill.

Also just want to mention: AT NO TIME EVER, has anyone from Telkom called me to request banking details after I called to have the old one removed. Probably because I have never missed a payment.

Please can you stop *****ing and appoint competent people in your accounts department. Your system having a glitch or some individual running a debit order on an account that was removed from your system 17 months ago is not my problem, it is yours!!! Fix it and remove

Here we go again, another month another R200 fee.

Please reverse this from my account. An EFT is a legal form of payment in South Africa, if your system does not allow for that I suggest you update your system and stop hassling me with this.
