debited with no phone

I have opened up a new contract with Telkom, I'm just upset that every time i call in a new query is logged with one of the sales consultants.

I have two cellphone numbers linked to my profile but no one can pick it up on their end and tell me its taking so long for me to receive a phone that i paid on the 27th of March 2019.

you debit me a day before i said you should, so i didn't have money on the account, then i have to up n down call you to debit my account for me to get the phone, finally you take R299 off my account on 27th of March 2019 and yet till today no confirmation of my order or no courier contact me to deliver.
