Debited twice in one month

<p>Just got a sms saying Telkom has debited my account. Firstly my debt day is set for the 1st of every month and secondly how can I be debited twice in one month... </p>

I just got Debited again for double the ammount. This is getting out of hand seriously!!!!!!!! So now its 4 debits in the last 15 days!!!!!! how is this possible and i even closed my account
