Debited twice.

On the 24th January 2025. I was debited twice by telkom telkom. I have tried all so of sorts of communication to get my refund back. To this day I have not got my money. Pathetic company, with Pathetic service to it's customers. I no longer know what to do in order for me to get my money back.
