Debited my account, 2 weeks later still no Tablet

<p>On the 23rd I finnaly got a callback from Telkom (Ordered online in November 2016) telling me that my order on the Hauwei Mediatab10 is approved, took my details, and said I'll get the tablet within 7 days. The next day (24th of Feb), R139 is deducted from my bank account, as per the contract that I took out, today is the 6th March, I have phoned 10 times, everytime talking to someone else, and having numb ears because it takes them 1- 2 hours to answer, and still I do not have any indication on when I'll gt my tablet, and no reason as to why it's taking so long.</p>
