Debited in a wrong date

I am so angry and i will take this issue to ombudsman today i was debited R776,92 when i asked them shat this for they telling it penalty because i miss a debit order of R285 on 19 April but i signed for every 20th of the month i need my money because you doing ehat we did not agree this is bull**** I also want to cancel debit order.
