Debited for services not received

I have a Telkom contract for R499 and insurance which has now been cancelled due to it being lapsed in August. Till this day I’m being changed R305.16 for insurance that I don’t have. They’re so clue less or act clueless at the contact centre when it comes to Telkom *****ing my money

I’ll be taking this up to the financial ombudsman.
