Debited account for phone but phone not delivered

My husband ordered a phone from telkom over a week ago, according to them the phone is still in the warehouse no delivery has been scheduled. Telkom is quick to debit our account but when it comes to them delivering a service it is non existing. We want this sorted NOW, Sick and tired of this bad service Ref# ********** 85A - This is his order number. Telkom is useless
