Debit refund

I placed an online order on telkom then they debited without my knowledge, I cancelled and asked for a refund on the 23rd of june even to this day they have not done so no one has assisted me R850 is gone just like that, all the consultants don't know what they are doing I've never been this frustrated in my whole life
